The 2018 Blues & Roots on Water Street festival is set for Saturday, June 9. The event will take place at the Kiss The Sky and Water Street Studios complex. Two stages … five artists … food and beverage … all taking place inside and within the friendly confines of the Kiss and Water Street Studios (and the BEI Dock).

The line up this year is our best ever … a nice mix of Blues and Americana and Roots with a slice of Jazz and Rock. Alligator recordings artists, The Cash Box Kings, will be headlining the festival, and the Blues Stage, while Devil in a Woodpile are headlining the Lounge Roots Stage. Rounding out the line up for the Blues stage is Delmark recording artist, Dave Specter, while the Lounge Roots Stage will also feature Beth Lee & The Breakups and Anderlik, Otto & Church. We are excited, delighted and tinkled pink to have all of these mighty fine musicians playing our fest this year! A little mix of Blues Rock, R&B, Soul, Bluegrass, Truegrass, and real deal Chicago-Style Blues.

The doors to the festival will open at 6:00pm with the first performance being scheduled to kick things off on the Roots Lounge Stage at 7pm. Here’s the complete Performance Schedule:
