Thank you very much for the ways in which you have supported the Fox Valley Music Foundation this year. Your contributions and support have meant we were able to secure the new building for The Venue, co-host the Blues and Roots on Water Street festival and co-sponsor several concerts and events throughout the year including biographical videos, history projects, and poetry and songwriter workshops.

We would love to ROCK the holiday, but we need your help to get there!  As part of our year-end push, we’re asking you to help us meet our $18,490 goal to help us start 2019 strong.  Would you consider donating today? Sharing with friends? Your community?

Let’s rock 2019 at The Venue and open the best listening room in the Fox Valley as soon as possible!

The Fox Valley Music Foundation accepts donations and is an Illinois designated Not For Profit organization and a 501(c)(3) as approved by the Federal government.

Your donations help us to accomplish our mission in the Preservation, Promotion, Protection and Education of the Music indigenous to the Fox Valley area of northern Illinois. Monies are spent on programs that include music education and performance opportunities for folks of all ages and from all walks of life. Live concerts … musician workshops … music symposiums … in school lectures and performances … are some of the many aspects of what the Foundation creates, funds and promotes.

Your support is extremely important and our appreciation thereof can not be overstated. Thank you for caring and for helping to make our community more musically sound and a better place to live.

Please donate what you can and help us to Give The Gift of Music!

Our dream for this site, which is located adjacent to Mundy Park on the east side of Broadway between Downer and Galena, is to create a vibrant community gathering center, providing a wide array of arts-based experiences for our members and guests. Once the build-out is complete, you’ll be able to enjoy a 250-seat performance venue, a retail space featuring local musicians, a research library and archive, and an art gallery/museum space.

We are immensely grateful to the City for its support of our dream, and for helping us get to this point in our history. While we are excited about our future prospects, we are realistic enough to understand that we will need additional significant financial support from members of the Fox Valley community to fully execute our plans. For this reason, we ask you to make a personal commitment now – at whatever level you can – to help us keep the forward momentum going!

Thank you!
