The Fox Valley Music Foundation is extremely excited to announce that Edward David Anderson will be headlining Blues on Water Street on the Kiss the Sky stage Saturday, June 11, 2016. Edward David Anderson has been billed as a cross between Willie Sugarcapps, Neil Young, and Steve Winwood.

Edward David Anderson, the former front man for Backyard Tire Fire, will be bringing that eclectic mix to the acoustic stage at Batavia’s Blues on Water Street after trading his Les Paul for a rootsy, “acoustic blues” sound that is refreshing and comfortable – pure Americana. Edward David Anderson’s detour through the back roads will deliver his solid and experienced musicianship on the country side of the Blues to the Kiss the Sky stage.

Blues on Water Street in Batavia primes the pump for Blues on the Fox in Aurora the following weekend.  Blues on Water Street will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., on Saturday June 11, 2016, featuring electrified performances in “the Dock”, acoustic performances on the Kiss the Sky stage and food, beverages, art and other surprises in the Water Street Studio.
