Q:When do tickets go on-sale for “Another Evening with Donnie Wahlberg & Special Guests?”
A:Tickets go on-sale THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 2 at NOON PST.
Q:What is the link to buy tickets for this show?
A:THIS IS IT! Make sure to visit www.generationrescue.org/donnie on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 2 at NOON PST and click the link that says BUY TICKETS!
Q:Is there anything I need to do in advance of the sale?
A:We STRONGLY suggest that if you don’t already have one, you sign up IN ADVANCE for an account at http://www.Eventbrite.com. (Then, click the icon at the top right of the screen to pull down the options menu. Click ‘Account Settings’ and enter as much information as you’d like. This will greatly expedite your ticket buying experience on Thursday.)
Q:How much are the the tickets?
A:Pricing will be very similar to last year’s event. Floor seats start at $125, with VIP Packages starting at $500. All ticket options will appear on the ticketing page on Thursday. (If you’re not able to purchase a ticket, make sure to keep following Donnie & Generation Rescue on Twitter & Facebook as there will be additional chances to win an all expense paid trip to the show!)
Q:Is there any way I can help Generation Rescue if I’m not able to attend the concert?
A:YES! If you won’t be able to join us at the show, you can still be part of the event by selecting an exclusive limited edition event t-shirt from the ticketing menu (instead of purchasing a ticket). And we’ll definitely have some more surprises soon!
WHILE YOU’RE BUYING YOUR TICKETS
Q:Do I purchase my tickets & then separately purchase my after show passes?
A:No! While purchasing tickets, YOU MUST SELECT ALL TICKETS, VIP AFTER PARTY TICKETS & ‘ADD ON’ ITEMS BEFORE YOU CLICK THE ‘ORDER NOW’ BUTTON to checkout. You will be purchasing all items selected in one transaction, and a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately post-purchase, which will include all items you selected.
Q:How do I know what is included with the ticket I select?
A:Click the ‘more info’ link listed next to each ticket type on the event page. The link will let you know exactly what is included in each ticket type.
Q:The system is not showing my exact seats before I check out! How do I know where I’ll be sitting?
A:There is a seat map on the event page that will show you where each ticket type is located in the venue. Once you choose a ticket type (price category), Eventbrite will automatically assign the best available seats at that time, within that price category. Once you receive your order confirmation, your exact row/seat numbers will be included. (TRUST US – this is an intimate show and there isn’t a ‘bad’ seat in the house!)
Q:HELP! The system is saying tickets are “UNAVAILABLE.” Does this mean the show is Sold Out?
A:NO!!!!! REFRESH THE PAGE! If anyone doesn’t purchase the tickets they currently have selected, the tickets will go back in the cue, and you may be able to purchase them then. All tickets are not gone until they show on the system as “SOLD OUT”.
Q:I wasn’t able to get tickets! Can I get a group of my friends together and buy a sponsorship instead?
A:Yes! Sponsorship packages are available starting at $5000 and include tickets to the show as well as VIP After Party Passes, and more. If you are interested, please email concert@generationrescue.org
ABOUT THE SHOW / HOW CAN I MEET DONNIE???
Q:Who are the “Special Guests”? Are other NKOTB members going to be there?”
A:We wish we knew…but Donnie will reveal this when the time is right! (Last year’s attendees will tell you they had one of the best nights ever. Trust us, it was worth the wait!)
Q:Will there be a ‘Soundcheck & Champagne’ Party with Donnie again this year?
A:Yes! He had such a great time with all of you he asked if we could do this again!
Q:Wait! What exactly is a ‘Soundcheck & Champagne Party with Donnie?
A:A very special meet & great held in the afternoon, which includes a champagne toast with Donnie, as well as an individual photo with him & more! (If you are interested in the pre-show ‘Soundcheck & Champagne Party’, make sure to select the ULTRA VIP ticket category when purchasing your tickets. They go really fast!)
Q:How long is the show?
A:We wish we could tell you but we don’t know yet! Last year it was an evening full of surprises!

Q:Where will I be able to buy passes for the VIP After Party at Hotel Baker?
A:You will be able to buy VIP After Party Passes in the same transaction while you are buying tickets. Make sure to visit www.generationrescue.org/donnie on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 2 at NOON PST and click the link that says BUY TICKETS!
Q:How much are the passes for the VIP After Party?
A:$500. And they go VERY fast. Scroll down on the ticketing page during purchase, & make sure to select the amount you’d like, if available during your ticket purchase! As with ticket sales from this event, 100% of net proceeds help Generation Rescue provide services to families affected by autism. (Some of the families will be at the show!)
Q:Will you once again offer the “VIP GLAM Package” that included VIP After Party Passes?
A:Yes! It was a big hit, so if VIP After Party Passes are sold out when you get your tickets, you might want to consider this package instead – get GLAM before the show & attend the VIP After Party too! (Consider asking a friend in advance if they’d like to team up with you on this as it’s a package for two! A full description of what’s included will be available when tickets go on sale Thursday.)
Q:Can I purchase a pass for the VIP After Party but NOT the concert?
A:No! There are a limited number of VIP After Party Passes that will go on-sale exclusively to people who purchase concert tickets.
Q:Can I stay at Hotel Baker where the VIP After Party is being held?
A:You can check availability at www.hotelbaker.com
