As the drummer for Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band, Max Weinberg’s talents served as the rhythmic foundation playing on albums such as Born to Run and Born in the U.S.A. In 2014, Weinberg was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the legendary E Street Band.
Max is also known as the band leader of The Max Weinberg 7 on Late Night with Conan O’Brien, where his drums-driven jump blues sound and his role as a comic foil prospered along with the show fom 1993-2010.
